Specific Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this promotion is ElectraWorks Martingale Europe Limited, registered in Malta under the number C59121 and having its registered office at Penthouse Spinola Business Centre, Number 46, St Christopher Street, Valletta, Malta, VLT 1464. This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play.
2. The promotion will run from 00:00 CEST 01.09.2023 until 23:59 CEST 01.10.2023, only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays every week (the "Promotional Period").
3. By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
4. Players must:
   1. be over 18 years old;
   2. have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their bwin.com account; and
   3. be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their bwin.com account during the Promotional Period.

General Terms and Conditions – September Power Weekends

1. Pragmatic Play’s “September Power Weekends” promotion (the “Promotion”) comprises of fifteen (15) daily tournaments (each a “September Power Tournament”) which shall run every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the Promotion Term.
2. The Promotion Term is divided into five (5) weeks, where each week includes three (3) daily September Power Tournaments, which will run from every Friday at 00:01 CEST to every Sunday at 23:59 CEST in the participating games as defined on the below Detailed Weekly Schedule.
   • WEEK 1 - BIG BASS WEEKEND
   • Schedule: runs daily from 1 st September at 00:01 CEST until 3 rd September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
   • Selected games: Bigger Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Bonanza Keeping it Reel, Big Bass Amazon Xtreme
   • WEEK 2 - DOG HOUSE WEEKEND
   • Schedule: runs daily from 8 th September at 00:01 CEST until 10 th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
   • Selected games: The Dog House Multihold , The Dog House, The Dog House Megaways
   • WEEK 3 - MEGAWAYS WEEKEND
   • Schedule: runs daily from 15 th September at 00:01 CEST until 17 th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
   • Selected games: Muertos Multiplier Megaways , Wild Wild Riches Megaways ,Great Rhino Megaways
   • WEEK 4 - SWEET WEEKEND
   • Schedule: runs daily from 22 nd September at 00:01 CEST until 24 th September 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
   • Selected games:Sweet Powernudge , Sweet Bonanza, Sugar Rush
   • WEEK 5 - GODS WEEKEND
   • Schedule: runs daily from 29 th September at 00:01 CEST until 1 st October 2023 at 23:59 CEST.
   • Selected games: Zeus vs Hades Gods of War, Wisdom of Athena, Gates of Olympus
3. In order to participate in any daily Summer Power Tournament, a player must join/opt-in in any of the participating games.
4. In order to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a player shall be required to play using a real money spin under the following conditions:
• All spins with a minimum bet of 0.50€ in the participating games will be considered eligible for the Promotion (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
• If the minimum bet amount is unavailable, the minimum bet shall be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the game.
5. A Qualifying Bet shall render a player eligible to participate in the September Power Tournament.
6. The Promotion’s mechanics are described below:
• Each calendar week within the Promotion’s Term includes three (3) daily September Power Tournaments.
• The leaderboard in the Promotion is ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on the total amount of points received based on the in-game wins multiplier.
• A player will be awarded points if he/she places Qualifying Bets, and the win multiplier (win multiplier is calculated as total win divided by total bet for each round) is equal or greater to the win multiplier values in the table below (for example, a player places a €2 bet on any of the participating games and wins €200, in this example, the win multiplier of the qualifying bet is 100 (200/2=100) and the player will receive 500 points).
• The configured win multiplier means the exact number and any higher value up to the next tier.

7. There is no additional cost to participate in the Promotion.
8. Expected weekly prize pool: €150.000 in cash.
9. Expected total prize pool: €750.000 in cash.
10. Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab in the participating games or in the table above these Terms and Conditions.
11. All amounts are displayed in-game in the Player's Currency (where "Player's Currency" means the currency of the territory in which the player is located).
12. Prizes in the September Power Tournament may be won by players in the form of cash amount as set out in the September Power Tournament Prize Table.

14. The September Power Tournament rules are built-in the participating games.
15. All prizes won during the Promotion Term must be paid out as cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
16. The leaderboard is built into the participating game/s and updates in real-time.
17. In the event that two (2) or more players finish any September Power Tournament with the same number of points and in the same leaderboard position, the player who has achieved the score first will receive the higher prize.
18. A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins Network promotion will be awarded to players in the September Power Weekends Promotion.
19. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel September Power Weekends, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.

General

1. Where the company suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the company reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
2. The operator will not be liable for any reason if the promotion is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3. We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
