The action begins on a 6x4 board which offers 4096 ways to win. This means you won't need to memorise payline patterns as you only need to land matching symbols on adjacent reels. With a murder in the house, Cluedo is a creepy whodunit which is full of suspense and tension. First up is the Mighty Ways mechanism, which the title refers to. If you've seen the PopWins mechanic from AvatarUX, you'll recognise this style of play. Every time there's a win, the symbols involved are removed from the reels. But not only do new symbols appear to take their place, the reel increases by one row. If there are more matches the cycle will repeat, with the reels capable of reaching eight rows maximum. Once the cycle has finished, and there are no more wins, the reels reset to their original size.

Next is the trail, which you’ll find set out in nine steps next to the reels. Every time you hit a winning cascade, you’ll move forward a further step. When you get to step five, you’ll receive a random modifier which could be one of the following:

Mystery symbols - up to eight symbols are chosen to transform into the same.

Random wilds - up to five random wilds are added.

Wild Reel - a single wild is turned completely wild

When you reach steps 7, 8 or 9, you'll activate the Bonus, Super Bonus and Mega Bonus. With every spin, the trail resets from the start, so it's not as easy to climb as it sounds!

If the Bonus, Super Bonus or Mega Bonus are reached, you’ll also receive 5, 6 or 7 free spins. You’ll then turn to the Card Picker to choose yourself a murder weapon, location and suspect. This will reveal many different modifiers which are broadly similar to the last set mentioned.

During the free spins round, random suspects, locations and other pieces will drop onto the reels. If any of these match your existing hand, you’ll win the cash prize they carry.
