All of the action takes place on four bingo cards which are selected for players at the start. If you're not happy with your cards, it's possible to switch them for a different set before the play begins. The action starts with 30 balls being drawn from the drum which contains the full 60 balls. With each card containing 15 numbers, the aim is for players to try and match the paylines for a win. The paylines are displayed at the top of the screen so can be seen at a glance during play.  

To get the top prize, players must fill in an entire card; this is the equivalent of a full house win in traditional bingo. At the end of the round, players may sometimes be offered the chance to purchase up to 13 extra balls, increasing the possibility of a win. However, each of these extra balls comes at a cost - which can be substantial - so players will need to balance up whether it's worth paying or not.

One look at the paylines reveals that there are three different combinations which trigger a bonus round.  

Bonus one pits players against a piñata, where sweets will spill out to award cash prizes. The bonus finishes when the piñata crashes to the ground, with the player winning the accumulated value of the prizes.  

Bonus two sends players searching around the courtyard to search for hidden prizes. The round finishes when either all of the prizes are discovered, or the player reveals the exit sign.  

The final bonus is a simple pick ‘em bonus, with three characters hiding behind a coloured sombrero. Players win whatever cash prize is revealed when they make their choice.
